Thank you to windspuim for sharing with us this entertaining video, and for providing the subtitles that I used to translate. This video was from their Sweet Fantasy 2009 tour.
I'm still playing my guitar
without ever paying attention
I'm playing my guitar
Even though they want me to change clothes
But I still have time to catch the last bus
and I know I can't ride the train until I change my clothes
They're making me change now
Let me stay like this until I get hungry
I'm hungry
LIke this
It's just you we're waiting for
[Huh?]
Hurry up. Hurry up. Hurry up.
Ryuichi strums his guitar faster
Keita: I wasn't talking about that -- not the tempo!

Hyper Ryuichi (18) Video Translation
This was from the Prime of Life tour. I do not own this video. Thank you to lamkie5984 for sharing this clip.
Ryuichi: Dee dee dee dee dee dee dee da dokorodon.
Keita: Hey, calm down for a second.
Ryuichi: da dee dee. dee dee.
Keita: Hold it. Hold it!
Ryuichi: Dee dee dee dee dee dee dee da dokorokon da dee dee...
Keita: Aaah. Well, there you have it.
In light of recent events, maybe this will cheer your day. I offer my sincere condolences and don't mean to offend anyone by making light of a serious disaster.

Koe Making of Translated
Jacket Making
<bunch of noise, mainly the wind>
someone: Look at that quality.... <sorry i couldn't understand all of this sentence>
someone else: yeah!
photographer: thanks.
Keita: <laughs>
<"Koe" starts playing; note: at some parts the song overlaps the speech>
The reason I can smile now is because you're right here at my side. I think that time we had is reminiscent of a struggle within darkness. I thought I could live alone. I walked along selfishly on those days, wasted as I strayed away. But still you looked after that part of me. And you forgave me. I just, I only, I simply want to hear your voice.
keita: It's hot right now, but it's just right for me. Everyone must be cold. I'm okay.
And right now, at this moment, in the present, my wishes are the same as yours.
someone: You're doing that again, aren't you.
someone; Thank you.
Our feelings are floating through the night sky towards you.
someone: You look like a helicopter.
Keita: That'd be great if I could.
Think about these words.
Keita: Every day, we're always looking for investors. [implied: So until we can afford help, I'm cleaning up, too]. Okay, I'm going!
The feelings that I want to express to you are overflowing: you are honestly more important than anything else.
Keita: It looks like a painting! It's amazing.
Person: It is, isn't it. How funny.
Keita: Can you get this?
Person: Yeah, you can see it.
They weren't all good times.
Keita: Huh. This is a nice one.
Keita: Thank for all your hard work!
And through that...
[interview:]
Keita: Even when I was recording for w-inds., I've done it by myself.
Interviewer: Is that so.
Keita: You do it by yourself, so--
Interviewer: And you get enveloped in the song.
Keita: And that hasn't really changed. That's how it is.
Recording
person: did you look it over?
keita: yes.
Keita: the passing people are smiling and I walk towards the place we made our promise.
...we loved and made a pact: "we should meet here again next year."
Keita: I thank you for your love; it was like sparkling rain turning into snowflakes. And now our memories from that day have fallen, piled thick like the snow.
person: The meaning of the song should be that love is more important than snow!
It's too early to label this place as a "distorted world." So once more... So once more... I'll reach out for your hand.
Keita:At that time, in our generation... If we were grieving, we just kept calling and calling
for our love. This voice keeps aging, but it's too early to label this place as a"distorted world"
So, once more... So, once more... I'll reach out for your hand. Right, now straight ahead...
Keita: Ah, that's hard.
Person: It's a good song. It really is.
Keita: Thanks for your hard work.
Keita: Well, when I first started listening to J-Pop, I could really hear how nice the melody sounded. And its poetry, the whole world of poetry, was really beautiful. I kept wanting to be able to express my own thoughts through the world of poetry, and I thought it would be great if I could do it through a song. I liked that kind of genre.
Recording for a Television Show
Keita: We all have the power to believe in ourselves, so...
emcee: so our next act is Tachibana Keita, I believe.
Keita: Our trembling thoughts are surely ---
<crowd cheers>
Keita: --- are surely there.
Keita: Ah, my legs!
<ear-piercing screams>
Keita: Let's walk on. Our journey is just beginning. That's right, my darling.
someone: Thank you very much!
Your smiling face and your warmth... That miracle fluttered down and landed in front of my eyes. And it always remains here, inside of my chest. It's a story I can never forget.

Keita Tachibana (solo) Oricon Style Q&A [Part 2]
to be directed to the original article (which i do not own), please click here. This was done as a continuation of yesterday's post for 18 Days to Michishirube.
----- From here on out, what kind of artist would you like to become?
In w-inds.' five years, we've tried many types of music, and I've come to like the kind we're doing now. With that in mind, I'd like to try many genres and record them. Right now, more than before, I want to be able to express what I'm feeling now.
----- How do you think your solo music varies from w-inds' music?
w-inds. [releases] songs and dance that can only be done with three people, while solo Keita Tachibana is about the world of lyrics that I'm into. I waited for these lyrics and melodies, and I want to express these feelings. If you can hear my music and feel at least one thing, I'll be happy.
----- And lastly, your message towards your fans.
I, as Keita Tachibana, would like to add something to my lyrics by incorporating and expressing my thoughts. And I'll be happy if my melodies can give everyone a little strength, even if it's only a small amount. Please listen to my "Michishirube" so you can feel what I'm feeling.

Keita Tachibana (solo) Oricon Style Q&A [Part 1]
This was done as part of 18 Days to Michishirube. Check in tomorrow to see the conclusion of this Q&A! I do not own the original article by Oricon, found here.
----- Please briefly explain the details involving your solo debut.
For some time, I've wanted to write my own songs and lyrics. On top of that, I'd say to the agency, "I want to do this kind of music,"and we'd discuss it, but it would always end up that "it's kind of hard to express this [type of music] with w-inds." That's why I decided to go solo.
----- Specifically what kind of music do you want to do?
I've been practicing guitar, so do I want to play guitar and sing. But most importantly, since I've really come to like the world of lyric composition, I want to sing songs that will describe this world.
----- With Michishirube, I feel like Keita has shown the world a life-sized version of himself.
Right. Well, I wrote the song with that intention. Forcing yourself to write [about anything] is fine, but for me, the easiest thing to write about are my personal thoughts.
----- Do you have a message you'd like to get across?
Let's see. Well, I wrote the song because I love people who are trying their best, and I want to support them. Many songs have lent me their strength, and with that in mind I hope people who hear this song will be given the same.
----- Do you think the thoughts included in lyric composers' songs and your songs are any different?
There's no doubt with one's thoughts. Composers all have their own worlds, and they can sing easily and straightforwardly.
----- The title of your coupling song, Koe, seems to have a similar meaning.
Is that true? (blushes and laughs). I want to be able to explain the world of lyrics, and so more than going backwards and singing normal[, overheard] songs, I'm consciously trying to start to sing my own.

Keita Tachibana: First Album Release! Recording and Presents
dated: 2006-12-01
This year in October, with his first single Michishirube, Keita Tachibana debuted as a solo artist. Wanting his "songs to reach others," he straightforwardly wrote about his feelings; such became a very fitting debut. He released his first album, Koe, on October 18th.
He was responsible for all ten lyrics of the recorded songs, and we can use his final products to get to know him better. In a previous interview, he said "One of my final goals is to be able to be responsible for my songs." So maybe next time we'll be able to hear one of his melodies!
The recording for Jidai, the first track of his album, has started being shown. So if you haven't heard it yet, please go ahead! We're also celebrating his first album release by giving away clear files to five winners!

K e i t a T a c h i b a n a (w-inds.) Makes His S o l o D e b u t !
The vocal dance unit w-inds. has recently released a new single, Boogie Woogie 66, which combines both rock and funk styles. They have also visited the heart of Taiwan, as well as many areas around Asia. This popular group's lead singer, Keita Tachibana, will make his solo debut on October 18th.
Solo artist Keita is completely changing his style, by creating an acoustic medium-tempo melody. The song's title is Michishirube, and lyricist Keita has challenged himself to add two other tracks. During tours, he has been encouraging himself to practice singing while playing his Gibson guitar.
His naturally charming singing voice is not restricted to w-inds., and with a mature expression, he increases his vocal range to gain a new appeal.

Keita Interview (2010): Childhood and Fashion
This is for 18 Days to Michishirube. I do not own this video, but thank you to antenacafe for uploading it!
I: Did you also take part in fashion shows [as a child]?
K: Yes.
I: And so here...
K: I'm right here.
I: on the right. And you're wearing sunglasses! You look very cool. _____ these children's clothing.
K: Yes. I was in this model club from when i was... five years old. And I'd do these fashion shows.
I: So then you'd see your mother's photos-
K: Yeah
I: and then do you remember what you felt?
K: I don't, actually. At this time I was in elementary school, and this kind of look was normal.
I: Really? The sunglasses, too?
K:_______. But you know, my brother was in the modeling club, and there were so many fashionable people. But when I went to school, people had different values. That was my sense.
I: At home you all were wearing this kind of fashionable clothing, so you were accustomed to that being 'normal.'
K: Yeah. I always thought my clothes were normal, but in grade six I realized I was wrong. Upon first seeing me, people would look at me strangely. In the first year of middle school, I bought my own clothes.
I: Oh. And all that time, in elementary and middle school, did you think you wanted to sing?
K: Yes. I was always listening to music and singing.
I: And when did you start practicing?
I: Did you also take part in fashion shows [as a child]?

[REQUEST] Now You're Gone lyrics translation
This is another post for 18 Days to Michishirube. Keita assisted in writing this song for w-inds.
[The] WIND BLOWS, [then] SILENCE.
I SAW YOU [in the] MOONLIGHT
The waves kept rolling in
and the sand quietly pulled in
Your silhouette was glowing.
I just wanted to hold you like that.
At that moment, eternity had
changed a bit, but
then it was erased at dawn
NOW YOU'RE GONE
Our one meeting in this one lifetime
NOW YOU'RE GONE
It was just a short while, but
The love that melted in the morning sunlight
is only a memory, left behind
NOW YOU'RE GONE
Like a midsummer night's dream,
NOW YOU'RE GONE
[The] WIND BLOWS, [then] SILENCE.
I SAW YOU [in the] MOONLIGHT
The waves kept rolling in
and the sand quietly pulled in
Your silhouette was glowing.
I just wanted to hold you like that.
At that moment, eternity had

Our one meeting in this one lifetime
NOW YOU'RE GONE

Like a midsummer night's dream,
NOW YOU'RE GONE

Sakura soufu lyrics translation
Sakura Soufu (Cherry Blossom Memories*)
This is part of 18 Days to Michishirube. to be directed to the kana, please click here. i do not own this song or its original lyrics.
Towards a new breeze, towards a new opening
Being so childish that you can see the faces of such weak dreams
In an empty classroom, I confide my secrets in you.
My chest tightens
Such sweet pain.
The cherry blossoms make the sky circle down on us*
and i'm taught that time is limited.
We can still meet again, can't we?
on a long, everlasting journey...
everyone's dreams, beside everything, it surely exists...

This is the second post of 18 Days to Michishirube. I do not own the song or its original lyrics. Thank you to J-Lyric for the kana. Thank you to eievui1999 for the video upload! To see it on YouTube, please click here.
OH FRIEND MY FRIEND
You're the flower that's blossomed in my heart,
MY FRIEND
The snow that the sky is holding up high is dyed with the colour of cherry blossoms
[And with it,] memories and feelings brought back to life.
The road I walked down with you, in our childhood days,
now makes my chest feel tight, as always
There's nothing to be done about those awkward days
The times where moments passed without me being able to confess are now buried.
It's as if the memories I painted with you were of only yesterday.
OH FRIEND MY FRIEND
If you reach for my hand
OH FRIEND MY FRIEND
I'll be able to tell you everything
MY FRIEND
MY FRIEND

Renaidou lyrics translation
Here is the first post of 18 Days to Michishirube! At random, the first of Keita's solo songs translations is Renaidou [Path of Love]. I do not own this song or its lyrics. I credit J-Lyric.Net for hosting the original kana. Enjoy! And don't forget to check out another Keita post tomorrow!
I'm still following this
useless path of love
I'm taken over by these sighs
On the outside, you were a model student. But inside, you were spitting out poison.
Is it wrong to be fooled by you?
If I just give up on this road of love
my wounds will be closed
but i'll continue on as if they've been gouged open
I knew this
That's what kind of thing this is.

Keita's Twitter Termination

have we forgotten this incident?
translated, he said:
"I want to support you, but I don't want to become your everything."
in other words, we all need to have our own (private) lives.
and then, just under a month later, was this additional incident.

i don't mean to be impartial to any side of the coin, but i would just like to acknowledge the difficulties Keita has faced in using his Twitter account.
therefore, perhaps,
we must respect his decision to discontinue his use of this social network.
Goodbye for now, Keita.
Yuta Tachibana's Ameblo: Sept. 14, 2011
This was Yuta's approach to the Twitter incident Keita has been facing.
It's Just Me, but [I was Thinking...] by Yuta Tachibana (Keita's older brother)
I was looking at a certain artist's blog and...
It seems as if people were saying thing like, "You're singing for money!"
Isn't that normally what happens with a singer?
It's like... that's what work is.
I think it's great someone can sing a song that people want to hear so badly, they pay for it.
*If it were me ~ I wouldn't want any bitter comments*
Well, now that that's established. lol
I thought it was common sense that those who sing their songs are paid in return...
That's what work is, isn't it?
No matter what kind of work it is, you get paid.
Funding the people who are [doing this work for you] is showing your thanks, isn't it?
Even if at one point, they sang for money, it's not at all abnormal...

[REQUEST] Candle (KT) lyrics translation
This was done by request, using J-Lyric for the kana. I do not own this song or its lyrics.
The passing people
are all smiling
I'm walking towards
the place where we made our promise
In my numb hand
are the faint memories I had with you
They definitely were
blooming.
Do you remember?
We made a promise to each other.
"We should meet here again next here."

the place where we made our promise
In my numb hand
are the faint memories I had with you
They definitely were
blooming.
Do you remember?
We made a promise to each other.
"We should meet here again next here."
